hm... Right now my whole body is aching from wushu training yesterday. Felt like crap when I woke up. lol... Have not been going regularly for training lately. I think my skills have been degrading for a long time. Couldn't kick fast enough, couldn't punch hard enough, and my movements are getting too stiff for my liking. And I suspect that I won't be able to train consistently again for the next few months, because of commitments to ns. Ahahaha....fuked up. So sad, gonna have to miss both the National and Zhou Jia competitions. Arghhhh! Guess I better train on my flexibility then...
